MAGNOLIA ADDITION

This master suite and roof deck addition used a steel moment frame to lightly hover over part of the existing residence.  A folded plate steel stair minimized the impact of the new stair in the existing living room. The roof deck enables the owners to enjoy a spectacular view of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier.
